Ideope has granted an exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicenseable, non-assignable, worldwide license to Inc42 Plus Media Private Limited (“Inc42”or “we” or “us” or “our” or “Company“) to access, use, manage, and operate the Website (www.inc42.com) (including any sub-domains thereof, or application (the “Website”)). Inc42 solely provides news and current affairs content on the Website on an ‘as-is basis’ and without any interference of Ideope. Further, Inc42 also provides access to Services and other non-news related content developed by it or Ideope or third-parties through the Website on an ‘as-is basis’ from time-to-time.
The following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions“) govern your use of this Website provided to you by Ideope Media Private Limited, having its registered office at 59/16, 3rd Floor, R.D. Marg, Kalkaji, New Delhi 110019, India (“Inc42” “we” or “us” or “our” or “Company“) and any content, features or functionality made available from or through this Website, including any sub-domains thereof, or application (the “Website”). Through the Website or related mobile application or other digital media (“Media“), the Company allows users to access certain business news content and current affairs only on the payment of a subscription fee (“Services”). The last part of these Terms and Conditions is the Payment Policy which governs the terms and conditions for availing of Services through the Media.
In addition to hosting the content created by the Ideope, the Website operates as an ‘intermediary’ as defined under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. Through the Website or related mobile application or other digital media (“Media”), the Company allows users to access certain business news content and current affairs and non-news reports, curated events and communities, along with executive courses and programs for a subscription fee and otherwise (“Services”). This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable, and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. This is a legal agreement between you, the user (“User” or “You”) of the Service, as defined below, and stating the terms that govern your use of the Media, as set out below. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you are not entitled to use the Media and any use thereafter shall be unauthorized. Definition of “User” or “You” means any person who accesses or avails of this site of the Company for the purposes of hosting, publishing, sharing, transacting, displaying or uploading information or views and includes other persons jointly participating in using the Media.

You agree not to use any framing techniques to enclose any Service or Ideope IPR; or remove, conceal or obliterate any copyright or other proprietary notice or any credit-line or date-line on other mark or source identifier included on the Media / Service, including without limitation, the size, color, location or style of all proprietary marks.
You may neither interfere with nor attempt to interfere with nor otherwise disrupt the proper working of the Media, any activities conducted on or through the Media or any servers or networks connected to the Media.
You may neither obtain nor attempt to obtain through any means any Inc42 IPR that have not been intentionally made publicly available either by public display on the Media or through accessibility by a visible link on the Media. You shall not violate the security of the Media or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Media, data, materials, information, computer systems or networks connected to any server associated with the Media, through hacking, password timing or any other means.

5. User Material
(a)Unless specifically requested, we do not solicit nor do we wish to receive any confidential, secret or proprietary information or other material from you through the Media, by e-mail or in any other way. Any information, creative works, demos, ideas, suggestions, concepts, methods, systems, designs, plans, techniques, Images or other materials submitted or sent to us (including, for example and without limitation, that which you submit or post to our chat rooms, messaging services, message boards, survey responses, and/or our blogs, or send to us via e-mail) (“User Material“) will be deemed not to be confidential or secret, and may be used by us in any manner consistent with the Media’s Privacy Policy.

(c) You agree that Ideope and its Suppliers, agents, directors, officers, employees, representatives, successors, and assigns do not have any responsibility and assume no liability for any material submitted by you or any third party and may delete or destroy any such User Material at any time.
(d) You agree to register prior to uploading any content and / or comment and any other use of Service or Ideope IPR or the Media and provide your details including but not limited to complete name, age, email address, residential address, contact number.
(e) Private or Sensitive Information on Public Forums
It is important to remember that comments submitted to a forum may be recorded and stored in multiple places, both on the Media and elsewhere on the internet, which are likely to be accessible for a long time and you have no control over who will read them eventually. Ideope and its affiliates, successors, assigns, employees, agents, directors, officers and shareholders do not undertake or assume any duty to monitor its site for inappropriate or unlawful content.
(i)Ideope and its affiliates, successors, assigns, employees, agents, directors, officers and shareholders assume no responsibility or liability which may arise from the content thereof, including, but not limited to, claims for defamation, libel, slander, infringement, invasion of privacy and publicity rights, obscenity, pornography, profanity, fraud, or misrepresentation.

You shall immediately notify Ideope of any known or suspected unauthorized use(s) of your account, or any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your password or credit card information and Ideope may, at its sole and absolute discretion, take such action as it may deem fit.
If the computer system or device on which you have accessed the Service or the Media is sold or transferred to or used by another party, you warrant and represent that you will delete all cookies and software files obtained by or through use of the Service or the Media.
Ideope uses an internal process for identity management. User or subscriber when logs in with their respective identities, gives Ideope a permission to contact them for details on subscription plans, signs-up for daily newsletter and allows Ideope to send promotional offers, plans, third party offers available with Ideope. User gives Ideope permission to reach out to them via email, browser notification, SMS, WhatsApp notification, website banners or other mediums.
10. Termination
We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, our Media (or any part thereof) with or without notice without any liability whatsoever.

Ideope reserves the right to terminate your account, in whole or in part, in its sole discretion, at any time without notice and without assigning any specific reason.
We reserve the right to immediately remove any non-compliant User Material uploaded by you without any liability and shall further have the right to take recourse to such remedies as would be available to the Ideope under the applicable laws.
We do not permit any part of the Media being cached in proxy servers and accessed by individuals who have not registered with Ideope as users of the Media; or access through a single account and password being made available to multiple users on a network. If Ideope reasonably believes that an account and password is being used / misused in any manner, Ideope shall reserve the right to cancel access rights immediately without notice, and block access to all users from that IP address. You could be held liable for losses incurred by Ideope or another party due to someone else using your account or password.
You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination of the Terms and Conditions by you or Ideope, you must discontinue your use of the Services and access to the Media and destroy promptly all materials obtained from the Services and/or the Media and any copies thereof. The Media, like most news sites, does not need you to log in unless you are commenting, sharing on social media, etc. You are responsible for all charges incurred up to the time the account is terminated. 17. Limited Time To Claim
You and Ideope agree that any legal action arising out of or related to the Services only, must be initiated within one (1) year from the accruing of the cause of action, otherwise, such cause of action be deemed to have cease to exist and no claims in respect of such cause of action can be made.
